service (FedEx or USPS) based on your location, quantity, and the cost of
shipping. If the item has shipping fees added, it is a calculated rate based on
your location.
WARRANTIES: I am not a manufacturer or a
distributor for any of the items that I sell, and therefore, I do not control
warranties. I do guarantee that the item you buy from me will be as described,
and will work properly the day that you receive it. Anything that happens after
that is out of my control. If it works when you receive it, and then stops
working, that is a warranty issue that I cannot handle, and more than likely,
it will not be covered under a warranty anyway because it worked in the beginning,
and then something caused it not to work. Some companies will honor a warranty
on an item purchased on eBay or other online venues, but some will not. I do
not know about any of the brands that I sell, so you should contact them first.
I do not have any retail receipts for the items that I sell because I buy at
the wholesale level. If any eBay seller tells you that the warranty is valid on
the item they are selling, they are probably not being truthful just to get you
to buy from them.

IF YOU RECEIVED AN ITEM BY FEDEX AND WANT TO RETURN IT, DO NOT USE
THE USPS LABEL THAT EBAY MAY SEND TO YOU WHEN YOU OPEN A RETUEN REQUEST. I WILL
ARRANGE FOR A FEDEX LABEL TO BE SENT TO YOU.
eBay’s
return policy states that a returned item must be in the same condition that it
was in when it was received. Please research the item that you are interested
in before buying! This is not a place to buy something just to “try it out”. I
keep a record of serial numbers to prevent fraudulent returns.
We do
allow returns on most of our items within 30 days of receipt. Anything that is
returned and is not in the same condition as it was when you received it will
be subject to a restocking fee or the return may be denied. It must include ALL
original packing, parts, accessories, and boxes. Restocking fees can range from
a minimum of 10% and up to 50% depending on the reason for the return, and condition
of the item. I think it is fair for me to deduct the cost of shipping from any
refund if you just don’t like it or any reason other than the item being
defective (which rarely happens).
