Frankoma Set 3 Lg CHUCK WAGON Mugs – 1953 1954 1955 – Desert Gold – Lions Club

Description

Here are three large ceramic mugs in desert gold glaze by the Oklahoma art pottery company Frankoma.  The mugs are dated 1953, 1954 and 1955 and commemorate the annual “Chuck Wagon” fundraiser dinner by the Shawnee, Oklahoma Lions Club.  The earlier mugs are in Ada clay while the 1955 mug is in red clay.
The mugs are about 4 inches tall and 3½ inches in diameter.  Together they weigh almost 3 pounds before packaging.
All three pieces are in excellent condition with no chips, nicks or cracks.  (The 1954 mug has a stripe of glaze color on the bottom that looks like a hairline but isn’t.)

most cases I will ship the next business day after receiving cleared payment.
Domestic shipping may be via UPS, FedEx or USPS.  Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is more expensive, please contact me for pricing.

I am happy to ship to
most countries, just be aware that I will only ship using methods that provide
for insurance, such as USPS Priority Mail International, so adjust your bids
accordingly. I am unable to consider any shipping method in which the shipment
cannot be insured. International bidders please contact me for a shipping
price.
